It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to access your account. If any unauthorised use of your account is detected, you must notify the ew88 support team immediately.

3.1 Password Security

• Change your password regularly.
• Do not use the same password on any other platform.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Protection

You are personally responsible for all transactions and activities carried out on your account. If you lose access to your account or forget your details, you can resolve this through the designated recovery process or by contacting the support team.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ew88 is ৳200. We accept only bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After successful verification, funds are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

4.4 Source of Funds

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ew88 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; or deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing a bonus. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined amount of deposit and bonus. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Certain game restrictions may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is not permitted.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the bonus terms are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ew88 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

ew88's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP benefits and cashback rates are subject to change. Cashback is credited directly to the account and is governed by the standard withdrawal rules. ew88's decision on VIP tier placement is final.

7.1 Fair Play

7.2 Betting Limits

12.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time through the support team. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account. If deposit and bonus terms have not been met, any bonus will be cancelled at the time of closure.
